Mary Delfs
Oregonian, Local Small Business Owner, Nature Enthusiast, Animal Lover, Wife and Mom.
It’s always been a dream of mine to preach the gospel of Mother Nature, by leading fungi trail walks for children. If you were to ask me what I want to do when I retire, I might say, “someday, when I grow up, I want to be a Park Ranger”. My thought is if we restore the sense of wonder with nature, especially in our young, we have greater chance of inspiring conservationists, wholistic doctors, and families that value Farm to Table lifestyles. It’s always been important to me to lead a sustainable life, avoiding pesticides and using plant based products in My Home. It’s the same thing for my family. Mother Nature has everything we need to support our bodies through the use of herbs and essential oils.
Nature fruits survival, and with that gift, comes great responsibility— our duty to protect it.

Claudia Rosas
I was born in Mexico City raised in Los Angeles and move to Portland Oregon in 2004. I’m a mother of two amazing daughters. Because of my caring and nurturing personality, I opened up a daycare in SW Portland in 2020 that is Spanish immersion. I love to see how children explore our Mother Nature and get amazed every single time by the elements, insects and all the beauty that surrounds us.
I have also been working with plant medicine retreats for over 7 years. My goal is to have people respect and heal with our plants and consider their relationship with nature.
Ann Lauzon
I’m Ann Lauzon, Chiropractic Physician since 2006.
I started my clinic PC in 2006 in North Plains, Oregon, and moved my clinic to Banks, Oregon in 2022. I grew up loving animals and spending every available moment with my horses and dogs. My original focus in becoming chiropractor, was to help all the horses and dogs that I possibly could. As I went through medical school however, I grew intrigued with the human body, as well as the animals.
For more than 10 years I worked events ranging from elementary school sports to World Cup events of all kinds. I loved every minute of it, while meeting amazing medical staff, athletes, and animals from all over the world. My love for learning, and healing has continued to grow and expand involving energy work, nutrition and internal medicine. I stay busy with my clinic, and my canine, equine and human patients, and I still enjoy riding horses with my kids multiple times a week.
