All children of the Earth share a certain amount of DNA. Plants, animals and humans can claim each other as extended family. We are all part of each other.
Children seem to instinctively understand their connection to all living things. Children often talk to animals and plants without hesitation. Adults tend to call this imagination.
Many adults, eventually, find themselves feeling disconnected. This tends to prompt their search to rekindle that feeling of a deep connection to nature and each other.
